The organizer of the competition is TWL GmbH GF: Jürgen Otto Barth, Haus zur Schanze 1, 65388 Schlangenbad (hereinafter referred to as "Taunus Wunderland").
All persons who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Taunus Wunderland are excluded from participation.
Each participant may only take part in the Taunus Wunderland competition once by completing the relevant form.
Participants can take part in the competition by filling out and submitting the relevant form.
Taunus Wunderland reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the competition or violates these conditions of participation. Disqualification will also take place if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation or a breach of the conditions of participation.
Participation in the Taunus Wunderland competition is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the internet connection to the websites with the competition. Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services.
The competition will take place during the period stated on the competition page. All participants will be entered into a draw to win the prize specified there. Winnings will not be paid out in cash.
The winners' data will be used by Taunus Wunderland exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. Winners' data will continue to be stored insofar as this is required by law. However, they will then be blocked for further use.

object. The consequence of your objection is that you will be excluded from participating in the competitions.
Taunus Wunderland is not liable for the availability of the website. Taunus Wunderland is also not liable for any transmission errors.
Taunus Wunderland reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time and without giving reasons, in particular if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of Taunus Wunderland or if this is the only way to ensure that the competitions can be carried out properly.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded (§ 762 BGB).
